🔄 Refund Policy
At Quale Fragrance, your satisfaction is our priority. You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Refunds are not available for opened or used perfumes, as we are unable to resell products once the seal has been broken.
- Quality issue exceptions: If your perfume arrives with a defect such as leakage or a significant odor deviation from the product description, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us with your order number and supporting photos within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
📦 Return Policy
We accept returns for products with verified quality problems under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact and unopened.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Personalized or customized perfumes are not eligible for return, as these are created specifically for you.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved returns will be refunded or exchanged accordingly.
